From Rena Kuk, the Ukrainian artist: We launched "Rena Monsters" Blueprint to raise funds for Ukrainian civilian organizations that are working to aid civilians impacted by the Russian invasion. We are here to support the Ukrainian people because I’m against this war. We want peace. — I Am Not Running From My Home. Stand with Ukraine 🇺🇦 From Async Art: Rena Kuk is a Ukrainian artist and partner to John, a member of the Async team. In light of the situation in Ukraine, Rena Kuk and John have created a Blueprint to raise funds to help civilians there. These funds will be donated to Nova Ukraine (https://novaukraine.org/), a registered non-profit dedicated to providing humanitarian aid in Ukraine, and currently providing emergency resources to civilians impacted by the war. In partnership, Async Art is waiving platform fees so all proceeds from this Blueprint go towards Nova Ukraine. We’re working on a way to invite all artists from the Async community to participate in the fundraising effort, so stay tuned for that!

Monkey Kong

Part of one’s soul remains unawakened. Orange, short hair is pulled back to reveal a lean, gloomy face. Lidded green eyes, set high within their sockets, watch gratefully over the Jungle they've waited for for so long. Fire has left a mark reaching from the bottom of the left cheek , running across the nose and ending under his right eye leaves a grievous memory of lost friends. This is the face of Monkey Kong, a true angel. He stands oddly among others, despite his sturdy frame. There's something obscure about him, perhaps it's his personality or perhaps it's simply his composure. But nonetheless, people tend to socialize with him, while wanting to fight along his side in battle. The fact that there are bigger injustices and wrongs doesn't make it right to sacrifice an innocent monkey. It doesn't alter the case at all.
